Giordano has almost 15 years of experience within CBRE Hotels and over this period he has worked with different service lines across various geographies. Within his role, he now oversees operator selection process across Europe, with a specific specialization for luxury and ultra-luxury properties. Giordano also plays an active role in investment & strategic advisory projects.

Over the last few years, Giordano has successfully worked on some of the most prestigious operator selection mandates across Europe, securing on behalf of his clients superior commercial terms (including the optimization of the Property Improvements Plans). Giordano’s negotiation experience spans from Management Agreements with capital commitment including Key Money and Guarantees to Lease and Franchise Agreements within different geographies and for different types and class of hotels. Giordano is currently supporting clients on 8 different operator selection processes across 5 geographies.
