When Lisa Bennett was hired as Head of Dell Blue, Dell Technologies 160+ person in-house agency, she inherited a strong team of thinkers and makers as well as a collection of creative challenges.
The creative development process was over-complicated with numerous people offering opinions on
the work.
Lisa’s goal was to streamline the process, clarify roles and responsibilities, and provide guidance to those offering creative input.
