Jacob is the Group Director of Operations at Grey New York. With 15 years of Project Management and Operations experience in the Health & Wellness space, he’s seen a lot, but is never done learning. Partnering with clients based in the US and around the world, Jacob has successfully led multi-channel product launches, and managed all types of projects across a wide range of categories including cardiovascular, oncology, diabetes, immunology, neurology, and hematology. 

He provides insightful and strategic management that focuses on people, process and partnerships to deliver the best possible output. Jacob has developed and implemented new ways of working that optimized project workflows and financial management. This led to marked improvements in efficiency, turnaround time, and profitability.

Prior to joining Grey, Jacob tackled the task of rebuilding the Project Management and Business Management teams at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. He led the rollout of new systems, helped turn around the agency’s relationship with key clients, and was a member of the senior leadership team. 

When Jacob’s not working on improving processes or tackling the challenge of the day, you can find him at home jumping into DIY projects, cooking, and spending time with his husband, three dogs and two cats.
