Coming from animation lineage Charlotte first entered the industry on the creative side and swiftly stepped over to production with her first producing role at Aardman Animations. From that point her project overseeing roles have extended to multiple project management, team set up, cost analysis, a huge number of international resource assessment, subcontracts and guidance from both the production and creative sides. Her expertise covers everything from TV commercials to large content plans for IP expansions with AVOD and SVOD platforms.

Most recently her focus has been on how new tools should be assessed for use. From years of steering a project to the most appropriate production and creative resources we now have an industry landscape much richer in method opportunity, Charlotte advises on how to assess what's the best for each project.
