Dan Montalbano

Dan Montalbano is Chief Operating Officer for Publicis Global Production, in charge of leading operations across all 62 markets.

He has over two decades of experience in delivery and operations, spanning both client-side roles and leadership positions at top London agencies. Previous to his current role he was Global COO at VCCP, where he founded Girl&Bear, the agency’s global production arm, and played a key role in shaping the group’s international and operational strategy over the past decade. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on a football pitch or scaling a mountain, indulging his passions for hiking and landscape photography.
