Jing is currently the Principal Consultant of Strategy & Implementation Practice with ICP and responsible for overseeing & leading MarTech consulting engagements in EMEA & APAC regions. Prior to this role, she was a seasoned DAM practitioner and MarTech consultant with extensive experiences across DAM operations, change management, metadata & taxonomy design, business analysis, system integrations, governance & operating model design, product e-content strategy for Digital shelf, etc. and has delivered a wide range of enterprise-level Digital Transformation programs for world-leading organisations (FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies).

With academic background in Economics and Human Resource Management and has worked in the finance industry in both the UK and China, Jing brings analytical thinking and "People-Centric" mindset when it comes to Marketing Technology strategy design and implementation (all things that involve more than selecting a system but the right balance of people, process & tech to not only improve ROI of tech investment but help users realise their full potential as digital citizens).

Jing is a natural relationship builder and proficient communicator with proven track record in cross-cultural consulting engagements with stakeholders across the UK, USA, France, Russia, Brazil, Australia, Japan, and China.
