Carol came to DAM via the creative/marketing world as a designer with a knack for technology. In the 20+ years since, she has implemented and administered successful DAM, MRM, Project Management, Help Desk, Analytics, and workflow solutions across multiple industries.

Carol is currently the VP, DAM Lead for Global Marketing at Citi driving all aspects of how the DAM is developed, configured, governed, enhanced, used, and managed for Global Marketing. She works with content creators to build a holistic and sustainable DAM ecosystem that drives compliance and collaboration. To her, a sustainable technology solution must increase business value, while improving how people work, create, and interact. It must balance program goals with empathy for users' real-world, day-to-day needs and challenges. And everyone should be invested in "what success looks like."
