Kristy Ramsammy currently holds the position of Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Tools Operations Lead at Airbnb. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the management and enhancement of digital assets and associated tools, aiding teams in expanding their marketing strategies, creative processes, and incorporating DAM/MAM systems with new technologies. Before her 2021 start at Airbnb, Kristy amassed 13 years of experience in global media at Condé Nast, where her most recent role was Director of Digital Asset Management. 

She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the School of Visual Arts which has been instrumental in shaping how she maximizes the value of digital assets in creative production and strategic contexts.
