Richard has extensive experience in project management and operations in a global multi-channel business environment. He’s been in leadership positions at Lands’ End for over 20 years, currently overseeing enterprise creative operations which includes photography operations and production, digital asset management, catalog production, and creative project management. Richard’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and recently achieved a Master of Science degree in Project Management. He has also served as faculty at the Rutgers School of Communication and Information in the Continuing and Professional Studies for the DAM certification program. With skills in leadership, project management, financial management, and organizational change management, Richard prides himself on striving for continual improvements while doing the very best for customers, employees, and business partners around the globe.
