Justin joined Hogarth in 2017 as the CEO of Hogarth AUNZ. Since that time the Australian business has grown to over 185 people and has become a flagship market with a strong roster of direct local clients and with a reputation for disrupting the status the quo and being an early adopter of the innovation impacting the content industry. Justin also sits on the Hogarth Worldwide Exco and is responsible for driving key transformation initiatives through the business.
Prior to Hogarth, Justin set up and grew a number of agency and technology businesses primarily focused in the sports and entertainment industry. Career highlights include the creation of the Man vs Machine World Chess Championship sponsored by the King of Bahrain, creating and running the Gold Beach Cricket Series for 3 years and overseeing the creation and delivery of The Speights Great Beer Delivery.
Justin is originally from the UK but ended up in Australia after embarking on a round the world sailing adventure in 2001 despite having never sailed before.
