Design Systems: Navigating Advocacy and Adoption

Design Systems are the source of truth that facilitates cross-functional team collaboration to concept, design and develop products.

However, Design Systems are often labeled as ‘glorified style guides’ and a hindrance to creativity, and frequently face resistance to organizational changes needed to adopt them.

Zuki will share his experiences navigating advocacy and adoption of Design Systems.  He will discuss the positive impact Design Systems have on Design Operations and cross-functional collaboration ultimately freeing up Design teams to focus on their craft and deliver impactful user-focused products.
