Luke leads the Design Advocacy team at Zeroheight, the Design Systems documentation company, where they research and educate about the future of DesignOps and Design Systems.
Before Zeroheight, Luke worked as an IC and leader in product design and advocacy teams at Memrise, Mr & Mrs Smith, and Microsoft, amongst others. They host the Design Systems WTF and the DesignOps Island Discs podcast and co-organize the Converge conference and WDC in Bristol.
The Design Operations New York 2023 conference was so rewarding! As a DesignOps "team of 1" practitioner, the opportunity to be among other humans who are in the field was so fulfilling. Also, what I learned in those 8 hours is immeasurable.
