Elana's background in graphic design and print production led her to pursue a career in Digital Asset Management as she learned to create and maintain repeatable, scalable digital asset structures in complex, creative environments. While working closely with various stakeholders, Elana discovered new ways to catalog and transfer digital assets and streamline workflow.
In her current role at Pat McGrath Cosmetics, Elana is responsible for identifying unique ways to organize their evergrowing content hub, establish process and workflow procedures, and is preparing the creative and marketing teams to transition from a file-server based production environment into a robust, multi-channel asset managed system.
