James Lockman manages Adobe’s Premium Onboarding (POB) team in the Americas. He has experience with all of Adobe’s Clouds, having been a Principal Solutions Consultant in Adobe’s Creative and Experience Cloud businesses. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, the POB team is on the front lines of helping Creative, Document and Experience Cloud for enterprise customers transition to Named User software and services licensing. His team also develops software integrations that close gaps in creative workflows. James is a Founders’ Award winner, projecting the Adobe Values as a Boy Scout leader, STEM Education advocate, and volunteer Game Announcer with FIRST Robotics, where he was named Volunteer of the Year for 2019. He lives in Maine, where he makes maple syrup each spring with his family.
